Return and Delivery Policy
Sales are final as all plants are perishable; we ensure that the flowers and products that are brought to you are all healthy and thriving.
We want you to love your purchase, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied please contact Century Home and Garden Greenhouses at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your delivery.
We are not responsible for returning any items back to the greenhouse, it is up to the customer to make arrangements with a staff member.
You agree to accept the set price and delivery fee for your order, as well as the payment and information you provide. You agree that any orders placed cannot be canceled or undone once payment has been processed.
Deliveries will be made on the date you have chosen and will be delivered between 1p.m.-5p.m. You agree that dates and times are subject to change due to scheduling.
As time is sensitive our delivery staff will not accept any returns/refunds on site. Any issues or concerns can be directed to Century Home and Garden Greenhouses at email@example.com immediately after receiving your order or within 24hrs.
Note: Deliveries will be placed at your front door with an invoice, unless other arrangements are made.
